Horrible daycare who are always under staffed and their resolution for that is too make up excuses why the children have to go home. Take your child just fine to daycare now all of sudden they sick and need to go home. When a parent has to work they don’t have time to keep getting calls to pick up their child and the child is not sick and they still want to be paid. Any sickness my child got at that daycare was caused by them. Hands mouth and feet, the constant throwing up is from the mess they feed them. He got rashes on his face but get there 45 mins later and the rash is gone. Like come on then they feel as if you shouldn’t question them and when you do the owner wants to threaten calling the police and using a condescending tone as if you’re the aggressor. Typical behavior . You will be reported to the DHS voucher program.

My grandson absolutely loves going to Little Hero’s Academy!! The staff and teachers there are so nice and supportive. I feel comfortable knowing he is in such a clean, safe, loving environment and is in such great hands!

This is by far the worst of the worst Daycares ever and I had one Of my six kids at the daycare , if I can rate no stars I would. The teachers are incompetent. The owner is incompetent, and they act like they can’t handle a three year-old that been through a lot and can’t really speak very well, which they take advantage of that. Luckily, I was able to get the three-year-old in another daycare and I spoke to old workers they told me that it was the right thing for my three-year-old is to get out of this daycare Immediately ,And it was not good at all over There and they left. When I heard that the owner Had another Daycare and it didn’t work out now I see why. They never can explain themselves, and they always seem to Be racist. I usually don’t do comments, but this is the worst Daycare ever and I would never recommend this Daycare to nobody.

My children love Little Heroes Academy!! My first child started attending there 8 years ago with a different crew. The transition from old management to new went very smoothly. All issues that we have had throughout have always been addressed and resolved, through communication with the staff and administration. My younger children currently attend and have amazing relationships with their teachers. They are learning each and every day. I would highly recommend Little Heroes they have taken very good care of my children.

Both my boys were loved on dearly while they were there. Ms. Sarah, Ms. Esther, and all of the admin staff were absolutely amazing! My boys would still be there if we didn’t have to move!!!

This is really a great place. My LO is in Tge PreK class and everyday she comes home full smiles and lots of stories about her day. She also comes home with activities and assignments that she did for that day, something that others in this area lack. They do not watch movies they have tons of pretend play. I’m very happy that I chose to bring her here.

Seems to only care about the money and not the children. They have the minimal required staff per TN regulations.

This daycare and its wonderful teachers have really fostered a caring and learning-forward environment for my daughter. I feel that she has made so much social progress from being enrolled here and she’s sharp as a tack, which I feel they’ve played a part in. All of the teachers make it evident that they care about her. I feel so comfortable leaving my only baby with them and I’m confident they have a clear line of communication with me about her care and well-being. I also love that they require vaccines and call so quickly if someone is sick or gets hurt. It gives me such peace of mind with my rambunctious child. Thanks for all you do!Love,Nora’s mom

I cannot say enough great things about this daycare. In almost 2 years they have “each” become extended family and my sons Adopted-Tias (Aunt). It’s a closest to a second family I’ve ever felt. Everyone gets to know your little one and they build such beautiful relationships. You can feel the heart and the love in these classrooms. I’ve NEVER heard any of these teachers raise their voice or speak in any negative way towards the littles. They genuinely love and care for your little one, as if it were their own family member. We will miss you all, but we will return to you again when we need daycare services again!Love each of you!!! And thank you Extra to Ms. Sara who helped us keep our son bilingual by speaking Spanish to him each day:)Mateo’s Mama

I truly appreciate Cassie and all of the staff at LHA. The hard work does not go unnoticed. They are understanding and helpful. I appreciate the time they dedicate to my daughter every day. We worked through potty training with them and accomplished it. She is learning new things every week. I know my daughter is safe and healthy with their protocols. My daughter is always excited to tell me about her day. My baby will attend here when he is 12 weeks.

My child did go to this day care. We pulled her out about a year ago. I didn’t write a review initially because as everyone can see by the responses to the poor reviews, you unprofessionally and personally attack those that leave poor reviews. Now that she is in another child care facility with a much healthier environment, I really feel compelled to leave a review of my experience because I wish I would have known of the environment I put my child in when I signed her up for LHA. I can see how you want to defend your business, but the nature in which you respond, speaks volumes on the culture and environment of LHA. My daughter, who was 5 at the time, let me know that she was hit by another child, so I advised the front desk because she often spoke of this specific child and how the child picks on her. I know these things happen because they are children - I just wanted them to keep an eye on this to intervene or let me know if she is the antagonizer so I could talk to her. They said they would. Well, within a week, my daughter tells me the child threw a toy at her and she told the teacher. The teacher did not take any action and told my daughter she was a “tattletale”. I unenrolled her the next day as I wasn’t comfortable with what happened and the response, defensiveness, and unprofessionalism I received when I reported what occurred. Additionally, it appears they feed the kids the bare minimum of what’s required by state law, so my child was starving by the time she got home. From what I remember, I felt she often had just sliced bread and other snack type foods for lunch - but proper amount of food and “snack type foods” can be subjective. I just know that other child care facilities served better quality and more food. Now that I have had the chance to experience other child care facilities - in my opinion, there is just much better care available in town.

Long story short - this daycare facility gave me a 1 WEEK notice that they were kicking my 4 MONTH OLD son out of their daycare facility because he was too fussy after only attending for two months.
