Had the sweetest man come by to pick up the bed. His name was mark levavelle, he let me know he had a hard time finding the home but was able to figure out how to get to us. He had the bed broken down and loaded in his truck within 10 minutes. He was the happiest of people and a pleasure to speak with.

Been trying for over a year to get supplies that used to come regularly. I get a different story from every person I talk too. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!! A prime example of why monopolies are awful. There needs to be an alternative to this terrible company
