“Very clean! Lots of machines and area to fold. I little more expensive than I’m used to, but not horrible. Staff is constantly cleaning and making sure we are good. Plus they have a little toy area for kids, which is great because I have 2 toddlers. We only had to come because our washer was broken, but will definitely come back if I ever need to!!”

“I use this tailor on a regular basis, for hemming pants and skirts, taking in waistlines, and fitting shirts, jackets, and dresses properly. I have never had an issue with something being altered on time, and if it's something more complex I try it on at pick-up and they fix it if it wasn't done correctly (which rarely happens). I also have them dry clean my dress uniform, dresses, and a couple of jackets, and it's cheap and a fast turnaround time (and they never overheat my dress uniform and leave shiny spots on the wool when they press it, which I've had other places do).
I've also never had a payment issue; if I pay on drop-off I just make sure they stamp both slips (their copy and mine) with the "PAID" stamp (I've only had to remind them once, and they had stamped their copy, just not mine), so there's never an issue if I forget my slip.
The only potential complaint I have is that I've never seen a price list, so I'm not sure if I pay the same price for similar alterations every time (I think I do based off memory, but I always forget to save my slips to double-check). My pants hems always cost the same, it's mostly taking in dresses or shirts that I'm not sure of (but they probably charge more for more complex dresses anyway so I don't worry too much about it).”

“Great place nice chill vibes. The machines be trippin sometimes but still a great place I’m never worried about my clothes getting tampered with. It seems like everyone is just trying to get in and get out with no issues. My only complaint is I wish that the vending machines had a greater snack variety.”

You won't be disappointed. Ask for the manager, I can't remember her name, but she was a pleasure to do business with. She said she's been employed there for thirty (30) years.That says a lot about the business. Check them out....”
“Very clean and well maintained, with decent prices. The dryers worked great and didn't take long. We did six loads for about $5 a piece (washed and dried).My only complaint is the restroom isn't available in the evenings, so plan ahead especially if you have kids.”
“This Dry Cleaning company goes out of their way to make our residents at The Villages at the River Club happy. They come twice a week to pick up dry cleaning, and he is so friendly when he comes. They do a fantastic job.”

“They do Residential Pick up and delivery laundry services!!
I'm convinced this is the only pick up and delivery laundry service in Clarksville that is still doing residential! I was using Great American for the last 7 months and they recently stopped residential pickup and drop off, which is a service I thought i was not going to be able to find again. I had 2 weeks worth of laundry(single female) and the pricing for Freedom Clean is only $5 - $10 more then what it would cost me to go to a laundromat and sit there all day? Well worth the price!! My clothes smell great. Came folded and like items were bundled together with string? Also Brittany is extremely friendly and accommodating, I found the website on Monday(Labor Day) and signed up for an inquiry and received a response after only a few hours, on a HOLIDAY, she got me laundry pick up the next day(Tuesday) and I recieved my drop-delivery the next day (Wednesday)!
One final compliment is they have excellent communication through text, I got a heads up 30 minutes prior to there arrival for both pickup and delivery so I was ready for them as soon as they got here. Also the membership pricing is extremely fair! 10/10 would recommend!???”
