The pharmacists here have got to be the RUDEST people I've had to deal with. Kroger is a great store. I order a lot of pickup groceries with them but OMG why are the pharmacists so bitchy?

I've been a Raplhs customer for 25 plus yrs and been very happy with quality of produce. I moved to Clarksville TN June of 2022 and I'm really disappointed in the produce quality since I've been here, especially the last few months..the squash are soft the yellow onions have been brown in center of onion..roma tomatoes look like they've have chicken pox scars on them..garlic almost to the point of going bad..I hate writing this because I really like Kroger..but you need to do better with quality.. I'm still going to be a customer...just sharing my opinion and advice to get better produce.. Not hating..just trying to make sure Kroger keeps the standards they are know for.

At this time this particular Kroger DOES NOT have it's ADA customers in mind.
The motorized carts are never properly charged and IF I can find one that appears to have a charge it will die before I make it half way through the store.
While I can walk, it is not always easy for me and it can be extremely painful. By the time we left today I was almost in tears from pain. A trip to do my grocery should not put me in this much pain when it is customary for the store to have properly working motorized cart for people with disabilities.
Also the door to the women's bathroom sticks so badly that I had to have an associate open the door for me. This is also not ADA compliant. I should not have to request assistance to open the door to the public restroom.
I attempted to make a complaint to the store manager that was there, but he refused to leave the back the of store and come to the service desk. He was paged 4 times and then finally called and asked the associate what the issue was. at that point he said I would have to continue to wait until he finished whatever he was doing in the back. Having been a manager in the past myself, it would not have been impossible for him to find a stopping point in the 10 minutes he had already made me wait.

I absolutely do not recommend using the bakery here for birthday cakes. I needed the most basic cake they could have made, a half sheet cake with "Happy Birthday (my son's name)" in the middle and frosting balloons on it. it was comically bad. horrendous. my six year old could have done a better job. I was offered half off, but I just got one of the already made cakes instead because the one they made was just embarrassing.

Never had a problem with that kroger in general but I swear every kroger has the rudest pharmacy ever. ESPECIALLY THIS ONE. No one smiles no one says hi I've been interrupted and hung up on I try to give him several chances to give them benefit of the doubt or thinking that maybe they had a bad day but no, absolutely rude. This hasn't been a one time thing. Now I know as of today to never give them business again.

Poor management! When management no longer cares about it’s customers needs, it no longer can provide a place of desire for the customer! Clarksville, Madison Street manager was presented with an issue, promising to check on the issue, then call me, a customer of 40 years, with the outcome of the issue. No return call or any sign of caring! So long Kroger!!!! After 40 years of all groceries and gasoline, obviously you don’t care about me, GOODBYE!

I would usually give 4/5 stars for having things in stock and a polite staff. Also cleanliness but,I ordered a sandwich from the deli today from their menu. I ordered a Cuban. It came back to me untoasted....with ONLY their lowest quality ham on it, no other meat.. three small pickles and two slices of swiss.....that's it...that is NOT a Cuban!!! It's a friggin 8$ ham and cheese sandwich! Total bull s****

I am a regular shopper but my recent experience has me reconsidering. I purchased gas and with my points I got a 20 cent a gallon discount. I was pretty happy until I found out that Walmart Market practically next door was already 20 cents a gallon cheaper than Kroger's inflated price. So my points were actually useless. Second, you have signs making mask wear mandatory yet I saw many customers not wearing masks and your emplyoees never said a word to them. Plus half your employees are wearing their masks under their noses or even under their chins. If they are not wearing the mask covering both the nose and mouth the might as well not wear one at all.
