Heyyyyy family!!!! I missed you l.... Unfortunately I have to give this review and I am saddened because I drove 15 HOURS to get here. First let me say... I was rather surprised at how this store has changed. The customer service isn't as AWESOME as it use to be when I lived here. There are no more greetings and no more smiling face. Makes me sad!Let me start out by saying the location has others stores around it so there is a REALLY great Chinese food restaurant t next to it that I use to ALWAYS go to. They are so kind and friendly in there but back to the story at hand. Some of the aisle don't even have a sign and I had to ask where the dog stuff was located. Then I went to customer service and waited for someone to help. After a while I am told basically NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THE NEXT 2 HOURS!! WOW that's I find to be crazy so you can't get any help for 2 hours. Nope nope nope that is NOT what I call customer service and mind you it wasn't extremely busy but ok I won't come back to this location EVER again and mind you when I order food for my mother .... This location ALWAYS get her order wrong. I should know better. The chain is normally wonderful. I am surprised by this one!!

This Kroger is not close enough to us to frequently shop here but when we come to Lowes we definitely stop in. Being from Ohio I always came to Krogers. Living in the south for so long I didn't see many. This particular store is smaller but tidy. It's always so crowded and to be honest, the store usually keeps pallets and displays in the middle of the larger isles. I have found this to be more of a hindrance than benefit but I get what they're trying to do. The employees are always super friendly and the checkout lines always move quickly. The sushi here is top notch! The best I've had from a supermarket, almost a sushi house. I do live their flower section as well.

While getting in my car getting ready to pull off I saw an elderly lady pushing carts!!! It made me upset the fact that there are young able bodies in the store who could have done this job!!! Kroger you have to better with our senior citizens.

Love Krogers especially for fuel discounts when you shop with the Krogers card; now when fuel costs are at $4 plus, and will go higher to probably $8 sometime this summer!

I normally shop at this Kroger face to face but about two days ago I decided to use Instacart so that I could buy some baby formula because I didn't want to wake my baby up to go to Kroger for just two cans of formula. Long story short it ended up being the wrong formula and I didn't know if I could return it or not so I ended up calling customer service. I calmly asked if I could return the formula because I had bought the wrong one and I still haven't opened it. The lady on the phone gave me the worst attitude and before I could say thank you she hung up on me. For someone who works in customer service that wasn't very friendly. I'm only giving their customer service two stars but as an establishment they are at a five.

The man at the counter was so rude. I’ve never left a bad review for anywhere. He completely ignored me trying to get his attention and then acted so annoyed to help me. When he “answered” my question he didn’t even give me a direct answer. Absolutely no help at all.

I love how clean their store is and hell they always have really great deals on their fresh produce and I love their little bakery my daughter loves their cookies from the bakery area!

The roses my husband purchased on Sunday for our Anniversary were already turning brown by the next morning! We would have returned them but couldn't find the receipt! Never had this issue before!

This place has the worst staff! They never fail to do me wrong ever single time I've shopped here. The employees are the rudest people ever. They never greet you, make eye contact with you, ask if you need any help.. etc If anything they treat the customers as if they're an inconvenience. To all their employees: quit this job if you're so u happy with it! And stop treating random people badly because you hate your own life!

First time in a Kroger in years. Not a very good steak selection which was the only reason I came in. Ended up getting some 2-liters of soda, and coffee creamer. It's nice, clean, well lit and had a seemingly good variety of stuff. Nice deli too. The cashier was a very nice young man and helped me sign up for a Kroger card. I'm living in a hotel with a grill, hence just a steak as part of the initial list. The house I am waiting to move into is not near a Kroger so I likely won't be back but for the card because.... why not?
