If you have a Kohl’s card beware!!! My mom has had a Kohl’s card for over 20 years and loved shopping at Kohl’s. In February she got a bill with a past due balance which was weird because she had paid her card off and wasn’t using it. When we checked her account online we noticed someone had made in store purchases at the Clarksville location. We then filed fraudulent charges. We were told that they would investigate but in the meantime, DO NOT pay the bill. They investigated and told her that the charges “look” like purchases that she would make. So they denied them being fraudulent. She asked them to investigate again because she hadn’t been using her card and the card used in store wasn’t even the card she has in her possession. They investigated again, found the charges to be fraudulent but tried to charge her the late fee for not paying the bill which they told her not to pay. She called them and talked about the late fee and charges and someone took care of that for her. So everything was finally all good. But after about two months they sent her another letter saying they reviewed for a third time and denied her fraudulent charges and then charged her late fees on top of the fraudulent charges. We WILL cancel our Kohl’s charge and they will NEVER get another penny from us. I just can not believe after over 20 years and all the money my mom has spent in that store that the ONE time she had fraudulent charges, this is how she was treated.

As usual, not one person to be found that works in the store in any dept! Sale Prices were Great & the ONLY REASON I continue to shop in this store! As a rule, for the past couple years, I buy as much On-line as possible so I don't have to deal with the Lack of Store Personnel! Even when you can find someone, they act like it kills their soul to actually help you find something! They should be Greatful they have a job! So many need a job, but No One wants to actually have to Work for it! They want the check, but not the responsibility of doing what it takes to get it! I truly understand why so many Brick & Mortar Stores are closing their doors! So Very, Very Sad! Work ethics of most, but Not all, of today's youth is completely despicable! Although it's not just Young People that have this problem!

I had a awesome experience at this store, im a truck driver out on the road and i have a very important emergency engagement the next morning, their was no way i could make it back in time to get a outfit. I called the store and Brooklynn answered and didnt hesitate on going and picking out the outfit that i needed, size, colors, everything was perfect, all i had to do was go to customer service and pay! Thankyou so much!!!
