Debra Butts is the " I'm on it" woman!! From selling our home and moving into the home we had our eye on, it was smooth sailing. She always had the utmost patience with any questions we had on our minds. Little things matter when you are making a life change. Debra is the ultimate real estate professional and will assist you each and every step along the way. Basically, all stress is eliminated as she continually communicates with her clients, unlike many others who leave you in the dark, wondering what's going on. We purchased our home in TN while living in TX and didn't lay eyes on it until after we closed. Debra was our eyes and ears throughout the process, sending us many videos and photos, along with setting up all the inspections. Her passion in helping people find the perfect home is evident the moment you meet her. You won't be disappointed.

I am a leery person at heart. I’m cautious and want to know the details, the whys and the ins and outs… Debra and her team have been so great at explaining, and reassuring through the entire process. (Even amongst our doubt and hesitation) She sold our home in 6 days when the market had already slowed. We will always use Debra and her team, not only that, but we’ll refer people as it’s hard to find solid businesses with employees driven by integrity.

Meghan W. was a wonder to work with! My husband and I are in the military and work very long hours, but that didn’t stop Meghan from taking the time and showing me houses after work days and on the weekends. She would constantly be in contact and on top of everything we asked of her! Meghan went above and beyond all of my expectations and I couldn’t be happier with the home I bought! Thank you Meghan!

I contacted Keller Williams about a property. While that property did not work out, it didn’t stop Jennifer Jefferson from not only offering to help but eventually finding a place that fit my needs. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and the property was suitable to the parameters I provided.

I recently got to work with Meghan W. and blessed is an UNDERSTATEMENT. I’ve bought a house before- and this experience with her was way different. It was more than money in her pocket. It was more than seeing me and seeing a price tag. It was about building a real relationship- looking at a thousand houses, and then going back to the very first one you looked at because the kids loved that one. She put my family and our NEEDS FIRST. I am so incredibly glad I made the decision to switch realtors- because I truly don’t have enough positive words to say about Meghan, her company, and all the amazing things she has helped me through during this process. She was patient. She was positive. She was knowledgeable. She was supportive- which is extremely hard to find in this day and age.
