Bought 3 pairs of shoes, paid in full for them. The clerk told me they could have two pairs shipped to my house because they did not have the size in store, within four days. I explained to her that they were for a birthday and it was important that they get there. She told me it would not be a problem, today I receive notice via email my order was canceled. They do not have the shoes in stock! How is it? The clerk was not aware of this when I was in the store. Do they not check inventory before making these promises … Now I’m being told, I have to wait four weeks for the refund of my money. I don’t have the shoes for the child’s birthday in time. Ridiculous. Never again terrible customer service.

It's just like all the other Journeys Kids, typical chain store. It's kept as clean and organized as the customers will allow, meaning they aren't throwing the papers in the shoe boxes all over and not leaving candy wrappers and empty soft drink cups laying around. The employees are friendly and very helpful, they stay busy
