The coffee was yummy! Great place to order a drink and walk around the bookstore.

Huge coffee selection, iced, espresso drinks, frozen frappes, and brewed. They even have non-coffe options and snacks as well. Friendly service and the house brewed coffee has a really good flavor. The seating area is massive, and there is a large covered outside patio. Since it's inside Book-A-Million you can flip through a book or magazine while you enjoy your caffeine fix.

Ordered 1 lb. of coffee to take home - order rang up and paid. Employee started scrambling around looking for a bag to put it in. Then told they would have to refund didn't sell it that way anymore. Was told that they checked with the regional manager and he said they only shipped it to service members by the pound. I pointed to the bags behind the counter and asked why is it still on your menu board and able to purchase at register if it's no longer available. Terrible service and training. To top it off - she NEVER weighed the coffee. I received 10.6 ounces including the weight of the bag after a frustrating and awful experience. My wife had purchased a pound for me at this same store a few weeks back without any issues so completely bumfuzzled with this experience.

Barista gave us a yellow frozen drink rather than the Lavender one. Did not care to correct it when I questioned why it was yellow and that it was suppose to be lavender. She just said it was food coloring. And ignored me, went on to next customer. Coffee shop in Clarksville, Tennessee around 2:30 PM 7/28/21.
