Avoid this dealerships service department at all costs. Shoddy work and horrible management. I
Purchased a brand new truck and brought it in for warranty work. Bear in mind that the work I was asking for them to complete was a common issue that everyone else’s local dealerships were able to correct. But not Jenkins and Wynne. They fixed 1 of the 4 issues I had brought up. Then when installing decals they scratched my truck. I filed a complaint with Ford corporate and the dealership reached out and said that they had pictures showing the scratches were already there. But could not produce them to Ford and myself. After all of that, the decals were not even centered correctly. So it would cost me double to buy new decals and have them installed elsewhere. Brett the service manager reached out and offered no solutions to anything. Save yourself the time and money and go to Pennyrile or down to Nashville. This dealership sucks.

Kirk was our sales rep. We wanted a bronco sport that was in transit. We test drove one on the lot to make sure that's the vehicle we wanted. Kirk answered all of our questions we asked. We also got a decent trade in on our 2021 ford rager xlt. We would recommend Jenkins & Wynne to everyone. Kudos to Kirk on a job well done.

I’m a technician here at Jenkins and Wynne and had been looking for a nice used car for my fiancé for a while and happened to find a 2020 ford edge titanium that was for her perfect. So I went up to sales and spoke to the first person I saw which was Big E and boy I’m glad it was him. He made it as easy as could be and I’d recommend him to anyone!
