The manager saved this place from getting 1 star from me. All of the employees were rude. Nobody greeted us or said thank you or can I help you other than the manager. I understand it was during the holidays and they were swamped but a simple thank you after spending over $300 would have been nice.

It has been awhile since I have treated myself to a salon visit. Jess was great she did everything that I asked her to do. She made a few suggestions and I told her I accepted her expertise. I am glad that I did. She did a great job and I will be going back.

Has pleasant staff. The store is a bit run down as are most malls. The negative of penny's now is they do not carry name brand manufactures for most of their stock.
