Did not honor my coupon that was mailed to me Good morning the service is always great. Never have a complaint this oil change and tire rotation went well also except for one thing when the service rep came to inform me that I was missing a Master cylinder cap due to previous service from my brake fluid being changed either they didn’t tighten the cat back or forgot to put it on, but they took care of the situation, but I could have had a bad accident if all the fluid had a blown out the master cylinder and I couldn’t stop my vehicle and could’ve hurt others, but hopefully that will be the last time I experienced something with the dealership as such and I think I should’ve been conversation a discount or something in reference to that matter because if I have not received the oil change, I have a couple trips that I’m about to take and that could’ve been ending in tragic but have a blessed day

I was able to contact the dealership and let them know which vehicle I was interested in and got a response very quickly. I was able to go look at the vehicle and test drive it when I was available the same week. The seller had the vehicle already ready for me when I arrived at the dealership so I was able test drive it right away. I was able to purchase the vehicle and drive home with it the same day. It was a quick and easy process.

Great buying experience! Sales Associate Johnny kept me up to date about the status of my order, then informed me of a car that became available on short notice. Sales Manager Jacob had the car transferred to the Clarksville store and I took it. Even Finance Manager Paul made the paperwork part quick and painless. Well done all!

Got an out the door price, told them I had loan approved and I would be there next day. Sales man asked me to wait until the afternoon of next day (because he couldn’t be there until then) and they sold the truck out from under me before I got there. Very unprofessional.

Has to be the absolute best experiences in regards to purchasing a vehicle. Wayne Beatty was attentive, thorough, and was great throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, and was a seamless experience. The Finance Manager Les was also excellent, and provided incredible service. First time customer of Serra Chevrolet, and was totally impressed. Heads and shoulders above any other experience I have had in regards to purchasing a vehicle.

My salesman was Cedric. He was very professional, not pushy. He listened to what I was looking for and did not try to upsale. I really appreciate that in a sales person. I also like that Serra does not add anything into the end price of a vehicle. The price of the vehicle was exactly what I paid. I will shop here again.

Great Experience with JP Marsh as my sales person at Serra Chevrolet of Clarksville. He delivered me exactly the car I was looking for and provided my family with excellent service.
