Maria was excellent I'm newer to this and she talked me through everything and even stayed a little bit late to finish everything!!! Not to mention she got me in same day!I am highly satisfied with my visit today and will be sure to continue to use Jackson Hewitt in the future!!

This location is the reason I will now be getting my taxes done at Jackson Hewitt. Particularly Mr. Houston. He was amazing. He got me in real quick, he got me done in a snap, He got me out real quick, I started shaking all about. I think I did the hokie pokie till I turned myself around. But in the end that's really what it's all about.

I would not recommend anyone to go to this one on Riverside Dr. They filed my taxes without my permission. I never told them to go ahead and finish because I had documents I needed to turn in. Now I have to amend my taxes. I will be taking this to a lawyer and also filing the tax fraud paper with the irs.

If I could give no stars, I definitely would! Do not file your taxes at any of the Clarksville locations. Find another office. The promise of a Refund Advance is false advertising to get you to file your taxes. Truth is, the Advance Loan is based off your credit report, you must have good credit. No transparency, no reason to do business with this company.
