Highly recommend not renting any property with this joke of a company, unless you want them to take basically all your security deposit for normal wear and tear (painting - with the paint they provided) and then tell you to stop harassing them when you call to ask about it.

We have rented multiple properties from this company. The other companies we rented with are put to shame compared to them. Great communication and always has answers. Maintenance was also pretty quick come anytime we needed them.

Hands down the best place I've rented in 20 years of moving around with the Army. I looked around Clarksville for quite a while before finding a nice, clean place for a good price. Horizon makes it easy with autopay and a user-friendly website. If you ever have questions, their staff is friendly and quick to answer questions. I wish I could review their maintenance, but in 2 and a half years, I never once had to call them to fix anything. Great company!

Don’t plan on getting even a quarter of your deposit back if you stay here. They will find a way to fee you for everything they can.

Their service and support is phenomenal. I have used them for my rental properties for 20 years. My vacancy rate is near zero. They handle all problems quickly and efficiently. I handle all my buying and selling needs through them exclusively as well. Equally professional. Management is in house and has eyes on all activities. They will be your best friends in your real estate world.

Whether it is finding the right property to purchase or manage, Horizon has the process dialed in. They are responsive and fully staffed. Their screening ability is diligent and human, demonstrating the ability to discern between what is important or not. They have a team ready to go to handle almost property needs.
I highly recommend Horizon and will team with them on the next property.

As a homeowner away from town, I am so thankful I found Horizon to manage my property! Especially after the tornado they checked on my house for me and started repairs asap. Mike and Tiffany are always communicating to me with any issues that arise at the home and will always send someone out in a timely manner.
