After heavy smoke damage to my home, and unable to return, my home insurance covered the accommodations. Missing my home but feeling blessed to have such a clean and safe place to rest. All of the employees deserve gold stars ?

Very nice clean and modern hotel. Great for families with teens or young adults. My only issue was the smoke alarm at like 2 AM. Other than that it was just what I needed for a quick stay and very centrally located. I drive a Tesla and they do have E-chargers but make sure you have your adapter. There are Tesla chargers at their sister property directly behind them. Staff was super nice!

Don't come here if you like to cook your own meals. The stove tops are "special". You can't use your own pots and pans, cause it's not made for those. You have to use what they have. What they have are small metal pans. I'm a grown man that has to cook twice to get a decent size meal using these egg pans. The pans are made in China so the quality is terrible. I like to cook, I would rather cook then eat out, but it is soooo inconvenient to cook here. Everything else is good. Would like to see vegetables like potatoes on the buffet, and cheese free options. All the omelet have cheese, all the breakfast sandwiches have cheese , the breakfast bagel has cheese.

This has been my home the last month. I'm a travel nurse. I'll be here for another month. I l9ve this hotel. It didn't take long to feel at home. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is the best I've ever experienced.

I dont usually write reviews, but I had to mention something about this location. The hotel and staff were great, but its location wasn't. I've never been to a city with so many obnoxious vehicles. Everything from Harleys, sport bikes, cars, and trucks sounded like they had no exhaust and were racing around all evening. I can tolerate normal city and traffic noise, but this was absolutely ridiculous for a Monday night. I ended up having to go down to the front desk for ear plugs just so I could get some sleep. I know this isn't the fault of the hotel. Someone needs to start a muffler shop in Clarksville!

I stayed here with my travel ice hockey team. The lobby was always stocked with popcorn, lemonade, and even fruit! The people working the front desk were friendly, which made coming to the lobby pleasant. I have to give a shout out to Tiffany. She patiently dealt with the ruckus of 12u boys staying in a hotel together for the first time, and did a great job keeping the other guests stay comfortable.But the thing I’m most grateful for, is that she mailed back my electric toothbrush that I forgot in my room! The housekeeping staff deserves a shoutout as well, as I always received a hello from them when coming and going from my room.

I stay in many of the Hilton properties and they all are pretty pleasant with few differences. This one had great Front desk host and housekeeping were very nice. Hotel is clean. I think that a smaller cook top and larger pans would be great. The dryers were not good. 3 dollars to dry a small load. Maybe they need to be cleaned? Breakfast, maybe offer alternative meats..maybe turkey sausage? Other than that it was a pleasant stay.Walkability: Near lots of shopping.

Rooms were a little smaller than expected however the hotel itself was terrific.Add a heated indoor pool AND a pool table and exercise room, snack and drink shoppe at the service desk as well as a full warm/cold breakfast bar in the lobby and it makes the stay well worth the price. I will be staying within the Hilton family of suites from now on.

Struggling to understand how this hotel has any bad reviews. Staff are lovely, gym is great with towels and peloton bikes. Laundry clean and front desk always open with coins and washing liquid when you need. How room is so big with separate bedroom loungeroom and full kitchen. Very clean. Must be the place to stay in Clarksville.

Rooms are nice, staff very friendly, has a gym area and laundry. My only complaint is that if you don't have change or cash on you the hotel can't do cash back so you can wash, they told me I'd have to go use my card somewhere else to get cash. Big inconvenience for myself. Construction was going on until 8pm so lots of banging until then.
