It’s rare today to find a grocery store this large that’s independently owned. What’s even more rare is to find one where every staff member reflects exceptional customer service. From finding items, to special orders, to getting checked out and helped to your car. Regardless of the type of service received anywhere today, it makes a difference when you’re cared for. Plenty of parking and the store stays clean.

Hilltop SupermarketOnce a small store now somethingAnd honestly it’s deserved Previously located across the street under a different owner Mike and his son Cody Jackson bought the store and now his son Cody has taken ownership of the store while his father takes his well deserved retirement. I found out about the store 3 years ago when I applied for a job and I still happily work there during college winter and summer break. The store itself prides itself on a costumer’s experience and make sure they feel like family. And in the time I’ve been there I feel Hilltop has held to this well with offered cashiers and baggers, assistance with carts being taken out for customers. The departments are well maintained. The store generally looks very presentable. The prices aren’t the cheapest but it’s family owned store and they do give the best price they can. But the true shine for prices is produce and meat. The produce department sources a lot of fresh produce from local farms ensuring a lower price and better quality. The meat department does the same. I personally think Hilltop is great and that’s not just favoring because I work there. I legitimately enjoy the environment and shop there myself as opposed to Walmart. I prefer to support local stores and make sure my money is going to those I can see and know that I’m supporting quality.

Hilltop market made the most beautiful wedding cake for our daughter's wedding today. It tasted fantastic. It was delivered on time and was just perfect. I recommend them for any cake needs.

Love this market. It's old school with young kids ringing up and bagging the groceries and offering to take them to your car. The deli is great we get cold cuts and chicken strips there quite often. They have a lot of local items we don't see anywhere else.

The 5 stars is for the customer service and personal touch the employees offer. This is a mom and pop type place. These have become a rarity in the supermarket biz. The pharmacist is awesome. Brandon is helpful and willing to offer insight on meds. He was a source of great information. The prices are ok. There's some sales you can shop and the fact I'm supporting a local supermarket of local people makes me glad to spend money here. It's one of America's surviving small businesses.

Prices are competitive and the sales are great. But what makes shopping there a pleasure are the employees. They present with a positive attitude and are eager to assist you. From unloading your cart for the cashier to repeatedly offering to take the cart to your and load the purchases into your car. It is always a pleasure to shop there.

First, let me say that I'd rather shop here lately than the other nearby supermarket as I'm disabled and your mart carts are always charged. I just left your store upset. That's because I just found out that you won't let your customers take the motorized carts to the parking lot any longer, even if a bagger accompanies you. It is really hard for me to even walk into the store to get a motorized cart and now I have to load my groceries in a buggy when I'm done and push them to the car. Even if a bagger helps me it is still difficult. Please reconsider this policy as I think it shows a clear lack of empathy for your disabled customers.

Shoutout to hilltop's bakery department! They absolutely crushed it for my sons 3rd birthday cake. I added the toppers and candles. But I was so pleased with how it turned out and it was delicious! Highly recommend!!

They are the only store which give little kids mini strollers when we go shopping.Kids are so happy to visit there.They don't have much products on sale but you always can get what you want.Their pharmacy is nice too.the staffs are very nice and friendly.
