They get the 2 stars for good communication, but they get that rating also because there's a 24 hour waiting period per reservation, and an additional $500 hold placed on your card. So, there's the information nobody tells you when booking.

All was good. Had to wait for them to clean a vehicle, they were busy. Nothing new, all business these days seemed to be very busy compared to getting ready to go on vacation ten years ago.

Saturday return at 10 am. One employee and 4 people in line. It shouldn’t take 30 minutes to return a rental.
