I had a problem with my iPod thought it was a battery problem but it was something else. Love the manager there she is very friendly an takes the time to explain things to you.

Jessica was so kind and did a great job replacing the rear glass of my iPhone 14 Pro after I completely shattered it. I’ve never had to have any sort of technological repairs done before so I was quite nervous, but Jessica put me at ease and, as promised, my phone looks as new as the day I took it out of the box
