I had a SCUF controller that had gotten some stick drift and wanted to get it repaired. After 3 days I got the diagnostic saying it just needed to be cleaned. Okay whatever lets try it. I was told it would be $80 and then I proceeded to pay over the phone. After the transaction was completed I was greeted with \\\"Alright we will get this back to you in 3-4 weeks!\\\" I tried to get my money back but they said no refunds. Luckily I paid with my Discover card and simply disputed the charge after getting my controller that was untouched back.

They told me the wrong diagnostic for my PlayStation 5 and said that they couldn’t fix it but I’m glad they didn’t because when I took it somewhere else they diagnosed it for something totally different.. I don’t recommend them at all!

I dropped my laptop off here on October 28th and they said they would have my laptop fixed by November 9th. It is about to be December first and they are telling me the parts still are not there to fix my device. This is a school laptop that I have to have turned back in by the 10th of December and will more than likely need to take it somewhere else that will have a reasonable timeframe of when they can have my item fixed. I feel like they told me a date just to get me to spend money...... a month later and still nothing. Really not satisfied with the services they are providing. There are better options out there that cost less. I do not recommend this company to anybody.

They are terrible DO USE they broke our 700 GPS and blamed us. it was working when we brought it in to get the piece fixed. They had it 7/16 and we picked it up 8/22 they broke the screen repairing it. DO NOT USE THEM

We had a problem with our airpods in replacing the tip because something was obstructing the tip from going onto the airpod. Took it to them and he fixed in a few minutes and didn't charge us. So friendly, quick service and very friendly. I would recommend this place for sure, he has a wide range of products he can fix, I saw TVs, PC, Phones, etc. all getting repair there.

I was never greeted when I walked in the door they looked at me like I was nothing But then a second person came in a guy and a greeted him... I guess i was interrupting lunch idk.... Hopefully they get better customer service Also I was told to date that my TV would be looked at I had to call smh well after the date next time ill use GEEK SQUAD only

Do not go here they have had my laptop twice as long as the said they would. I was told my part was in and it would be fixed by close of business after 2 weeks. When I went to pick it up I was told the part hadn’t come in yet. I was told on 4 different occasions someone would call me and give me an update I never heard a word unless I called or drove there myself. When I asked for my money back they tried to charge me almost 30% for a part they didn’t have and probably won’t have for the foreseeable future.

This is a very disappointing business to work with. I had brought my girlfriends phone around 11 to the shop to get it fixed. They open at 10. I was told the my phone would be done by 4:00pm, which would be fine but then when I received my call the her phone was fixed (around 3:45), they inform me that they close at 4:00pm. No where on there business was this time change displayed or conveyed to me when originally signing to get the phone fixed. Then I am informed that they are closed Sunday and won't be able to pickup the phone until Monday morning. I was promised my phone would be fixed same day with an appropriate time to come in to pick it up. That was a lie. On top of lack of communication for a service totaling $176 after tax just to get a cracked screen fixed. I am very disappointed in this business. I will not be using them ever again and would also encourage if you're in a similar situation to take your money elsewhere

I had my daughter’s iPad screen replaced here. Wonderful service! Prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable! They went out of their way to fix our issue! I definitely would recommend!

I had a great experience here. Mys ps4 was repaired and back in my posession in two days, the associates are very kind and skilled at what they do and I will definitely return if I have any other electronic repairs needed.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. I am tech stupid, but the cost seemed pretty high. My VERY old laptop wasn't connecting to the screen anymore, so he said he could hopefully fix it and recover the data either way. I was doing some time sensitive work and made that very clear. After a week no one had looked at it yet! Finally got it back and it mostly works, but still having issues. Just overall not satisfied.

Absolutely terrible service I paid over 700 dollars to have my phone fixed and was willing to sit in office as he did so, he then advised me to leave because my phone was on the charger and had not turned on despite my better judgement I leave he then puts a new screen on the phone knowing it would not turn on completely throwing my 700 dollars down the drain. Refused to give me the owners number and do anything about it!!!! Worst service and customer service I have ever had!!!! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!!! Absolutely trash!!!!!
