Do not recommend whatsoever. Took my truck here to get the paint fixed. Took it back at least 3 times because they kept messing the paint up. The paint was very gritty and rough textured, not smooth at all. Wasted $1000 dollars and time. Also when I went to go in the truck, there was cigarette ashes inside.

I took my car to Graham's Auto Body even though they are not in network with USAA anymore. The estimate that Robert Graham created stated that it would take approximately 3 days. The at day 38, I was told that the car was done, that I could drop off the rental and go pick up my car. I dropped off my rental at Enterprise, they took me to the shop. My car was no where near complete. It was covered in compound, hadn't been buffed, didn't have the factory stripes back on. Robert then told me that he couldn't afford a rental car anymore and that my car wasn't done. I was stranded without a car. Several days later, I was told I could pick up the car, even though it wasn't done. I was told I could drop the car off on the weekends to get worked on, still without a rental car.

May 2017 by Totally Overrated Sellouts
Job: Head gasket (parts and fluids included) Initial Quote: $800 to $1,100 max Actual Cost billed: $2,266 Time Quote: 10 hour job, 1 week to finish Actual time: 3 months, 3 days. Promised at least once a week that it would be done by that Friday. For over 12 weeks. A part was broken in their care, held us responsible for extra repair and replacement costs. Unapologetically argumentative yet somehow polite. Repeated requests of any additional cost information was not given. Would not let us take the car somewhere else. Including paying for rides, taxis, rentals, etc this job costed us over $5,150. This review is for the reader the form their own opinions based on the facts. Photos of the unbroken repair area before they took possession of the vehicle are attached.

My car needed some repair and I looked for a local auto repair shop. I had already purchased the parts and just needed a professional mechanic to replace the old ones. I'm very happy I used the services of this shop. The mechanics were friendly and fixed my car in to time. Price was good also. Thank you!

I brought a set of after market pipes for my Triumph Bonneville here for a paint job in May of 2015, and the result was the single worst experience I've ever had with an auto shop in my life. I wanted a simple gloss black, high heat paint coating for the pipes. They told me the job would be done in about a week, so I followed up a bit over a week later. The pipes weren't done, but they told me they would be done later in the week. I returned later in the week, and discovered that the pipes were done, but had a number of blemishes, so they told me they would fix them. I was then gone for a couple weeks for work, and upon my return went to pick the pipes up. They told me they had some trouble with the paint, but that it should work. Went home, put them on my bike, and took it for a drive. The pipes immediately began smoking (which is common) but then burned ashy white all the way down the headers to the joint where it meets the tail of the pipe. Needless to say, I brought them back. They told me they would try some other paint. They kept giving me the run around, and at this point as it was now August, I told them finally that I needed the pipes no later than the first week of September, because I would be leaving for a month for work at that point. First week of September rolled around, and wouldn't you guess it, the pipes weren't ready. So, I told them I needed them finished before I returned, and left. I returned the end of October, and called immediately about the pipes. They told me they thought they were done, but that they had to call over to their other location to check on it. Finally, they told me the pipes were drying and I could come get them the next day. I showed up a few days later, and had to ask several people where the pipes were before they could direct me to them.. Finally, we found them: Rolling around in the bed of a pickup truck in the garage bay. The pipes were finished, but were flat black, not gloss, and they offered to put a clear coat on them if I wanted to come back the next day for them. Additionally, they had a number of nicks and were covered in dust from where they'd been sitting in the truck bed. I declined their offer to remedy their failure and took the pipes, and spoke with the owner (Robert). I informed him of my issues with the service, and he asked what he could do to remedy it. I told him I wanted my money back, because at this point it was November 2015, and I had lost the entire riding season. He said he couldn't do that, because he "had to cover his costs," but he could give me half of the money back. So, there you have it. 6 months to get a sub par paint job that wasn't even the appropriate color, and the shop didn't take ownership for the issues. I will not be returning here for any work, nor will I recommend any friends.
