We got a flat tire and pulled in to ruby tuesday. My car didn’t have the right tire iron and an employee drove over here to help us out. I was floored by the kindness.

Brought my car to them because i popped a newer tire. They put one weather ready tire when I had all max life's. I asked for the same tire to match tread and they told me I had weather readys. Guess I should have verified their work. A mechanic shop should know not to mix and match tires. But the weather ready costs more so makes sense

Booked an 8:30am oil change for my vehicle, conventional. Upon arrival was told that my coupon could not be used. When asked why not, I was told that my type vehicle couldn’t get a conventional oil change. When that comment was refuted and looked up online, I was told very nastily, that they would not do my oil change. My vehicle was able to get a conventional oil change-it just was not recommended. The office person had a very nasty attitude and I hope plenty of people see this review and think twice about going to this location. Take your car to valvoline about 3 miles down. I did get a better quality oil change, service, and overall experience from them because it was explained to me the difference in oil changes instead of a snarky attitude telling me lies.For shame Goodyear.Edit#1- when calling the 800 number in the reply to my comment- I was on hold for an hour before I hung up. Goodyear is a joke!

First time there, I'll NEVER go back! I booked online... (Got there 20mins early)When I went up, she couldn't find me (gave her the confirmation number) finally found me. Eventually walked away to get info on the car. Come back in (still acting confused) I hear them going back n forth (at that point I'm irritated) NOONE is saying 1 word to me. Then someone comes out the back begins to chat with them (STILL NOTHING IS SAID TO ME, THE CUSTOMER) I at that point told them I'll go somewhere else to please give me my keys! It's sad n ridiculous how their customer service is. I've NEVER left a review online before. It was so crazy that I had to this time!SN, if you out of stock of something PLEASE INFORM THE CUSTOMERS, IF YOU NOT WANTING TO WORK PLEASE DON'T GO TO WORK FOR THE DAY, IF YOU PICK N CHOOSE WHO U TREAT WITH RESPECT OR TALK TO (PLEASE) STAY AWAY FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE JOBS!

We had reserved tires and made an apt for the following morning. They sold the tires anyway and didnt bother to call us. After waiting in line for 45 minutes with the slowest and rude customer service they let us know they sold them. Wasted hrs of our time and drove all the way to them in a bum tire for not even an apology.

Had a tire that needed to be patched. The guy told my wife that they couldn't patch a tire with fix a flat in it and they only had one tire the right size and it was $230. I told her they were not being honest and she left.Later I took it to another tire shop who cleaned out the fix a flat and patched the tire for $20. Bottom line they are dishonest and are looking to bump sales numbers.

Huge waste of my time and unprofessional staff. I had an appointment at 8am for AC diagnostic. I promptly show up at 8am for my appointment. Once i check in with the employee, he tells me the AC system has been down since April and that he was going to call me. I have the first appointment when your shop opens up and your logic is to call me at my appointment time? Yeah that makes sense. There was 0 apologies for this huge inconvenience and he did not bother to recommend anywhere else i could go to fix my AC. Just “yeah our AC units been down since April”. Thanks jack. Goodyear has lost a customer.

We had a tire blow on our boat trailer late on a Thursday evening and Chris Anthony and the team at Goodyear saved the day! They remained open for 5 more minutes to let me get there to get the new tire. This is what great customer service is all about. We are definitely very grateful they had the tire in stock and helped get us back on the road in no time.

Been going here for a number of years with different vehicles and even though I think they changed management, they do good work and at better price than dealerships. They always seem to be straight with me on what needed to be done or what they could do.

This Goodyear is possibly the best team of technicians I have had the pleasure of dealing with, they are honest, they always take care of me and go above and beyond. The teams professional attitude makes me want to just stop by every once in a while and just chat it up cause they’re all cool people in there, I honestly will not take my truck anywhere else for as long as I’m in Clarksville.

I had previously come to them to get all four of my breaks and rotors replaced, hefty price tag; but good experience. My husband got two of his break pads replaced, as per my recommendation; also pricey, but good experience. Then, a couple months later; my check engine light comes on. Get it scanned by Valvoline, it's something to do with my compressor; air to fuel ratio going to the engine, being off. So I go to these guys, thinking I could trust them to fix the problem; initially I'm told it will most likely only be able to fixed by a Nissan dealership. But they would check it out themselves, to be sure. TWO HOURS goes by, and they haven't even touched my car; just left it sitting in the parking lot. Two other customers, that came in after me; got theirs worked on. Nothing done with mine. After the first hour, I asked what was going on; they said they would get to mine right away. That's the worst part, blatant disrespect; and unprofessional waste of my time. After two hours, they didn't touch my car; so I left. Goodyear just lost my business forever, great job guys.
