I had the best time with Ava helping me find a dress for engagement pictures! I even left with some other items as well! She was super sweet and helpful pulling items that I thought I would like and laughing and making jokes with me. A stressful situation for me turned into ease and joy when she helped me and my fiancé. Thank you!!

Love this store. The ladies at the Clarksville mall are so nice. The clothes are cute, and original. Some are a little much but you can easily find something nice in there. The clothes are great quality. I bought a sweater several years ago and it still looks brand new.

Around 3:45 today, 01/14/24, my friend and I walked into this location. She was looking for some cute business casual clothes for work and I recommended we stop here. Upon us entering no one greeted us or offered to help find what we were looking for. Instead (and this boutique’s location is rather small), we overheard one of the sales associates speaking to the manager about a potential candidate not “being a good fit because she wouldn’t interact with the customers in the way she should.” Again, ZERO interaction between the staff and us still. We look at some small things near the register, still no acknowledgment. Another customer and her daughter walk in about five minutes after us and are immediately greeted and offered assistance. At this point, being that I work in a retail space myself and expect even the smallest amount of effort such as a greeting, and understand that any conversation/task can be dropped to do just that, I spoke out to my friend saying “that’s crazy! I am going to go ahead and step out front and wait for you because I feel unwelcome here.” My friend nodded in agreement and walked towards the back to see if there was anything she could find. Once I stepped out, the manager FINALLY acknowledged my existence, but only to stand in the middle of store and stare at me as though I were doing something suspicious while I was outside the store waiting for my friend. I attempted to call their corporate line while she was staring me down, and I will be following up on Monday, but if you are looking for any type of customer service where you’re acknowledged even in the most minimal way, or simply trying to find a job to have a bit of money, I would recommend avoiding this place.
