Said my package was too big because it didn't fit on their shelf. It was within the websites Max measurements and weight. Staff seemed like they had no clue and were just being lazy.

Rating three stars because I really didn't use the fed ex on site but GPS thinks I did. Can't say it's five stars but can't say it's one star. I honestly didn't even realize there was a fed ex on site haha
