Went into order some bolts and the young man said they didn't carry that find. A young lady who worked there said they did and told him to look it up on computer he didn't know how. Must been a new employee. Said it would take a week being shipped out of Washington they would call me. Checked after a week no call. Said it got lost. Be another week. My customer got upset it was taking so long to do a simple job. Bad for me.

Worse Fastenal I've been to, they were out of everything I needed, the very common 3/8 bolts.
