My pups love coming here! I was worried about handling both my baby and my dog at the same time, however they were able to help me with that! Amanda is wonderful, she was able to come grab my pup from our vehicle for me. Roxy did so well with both Amanda and Dr. Kerrigan and I heard she also took well to most of the other staff as well! (Sango Location)

Every time I take my dog to Family Pet they’ve been wonderful. Katlynn & Dr Kerrigan were so thorough. Will definitely be back!

Family Pet Hospital is so friendly, courteous, and helpful when caring for our pets. I recently took our cats in for their routine check up. Someone promptly greeted me at the door and helped bring the cats in. During the visit they explained everything they recommended, and took very good care of our furry family members.

We love Family Pet! All of our fur babies go there. Dr. Kemp always puts my worries to ease and the vet tech are just as wonderful!!! We are so grateful to have such wonderful people care for our fur babies!

Stay away from this place!!!! We boarded our dog here for a week and they drugged him without talking to me about it and then they added anything they could to the bill without my authorization!!! I do not recommend!!!

My 7 month old puppy Chili dog got ahold of my ibuprofen, about 6 pills. When I found her she was very sick and seizing. I got her to Family Pet Hospital and they as always went above and beyond to save my Chili. Kept me informed and only did what was necessary so my bill wasn’t outrageous. They are the best!

Family Pet Hospital has an amazing team of caring individuals who have served our pets and family well for over 15 years. Our cat lived to be 16 under their care and our shi tzus are thriving and active at 14. They treat every pet as if it’s their own. I highly recommend them for pet health, baths, grooming, and boarding. Dr. Jim Burchett has built a great practice. We also give a special shout out to Erica, Jessica, Madalyn, Zoie, Alexis, and Jenni. Thanks for being awesome people! ?

I would eventually like to meet the owners of FPH. I understand the need to delegate. As a prior business owner of a CPA firm, delegation to qualified professionals was a key to our success. Nevertheless, it is good to know how those with more experience and expertise are present and how their expertise and experience is integrated into the service I receive.
