Typically a few cents cheaper than the others close by. Clean, decent selection inside the store. Well lit, busy street. Walgreens across the street and a lot of restaurants nearby. If you need gas, good place to pull over.

Lots of pumps, reasonable price considering location. The inside has a lot of options in terms of drinks (beer, soda, energy drinks, water, coffee, etc). Lots of snacks, cigarettes, lottery tickets. Normally clean. Bad thing is that it is at the corner of a major intersection so getting in and out can be difficult and there are lots of accidents in general at this intersection.
