We needed to have work done on our personal vehicle and rented a minivan while ours was in the shop. Turned out our vehicle was in the shop an extra day; it was easy to extend our rental for one day.Our car wasn't quite ready when the deadline to return the rental was looming. I drove the rental back while hubby waited at the shop for our vehicle to have a final inspection.While waiting at Enterprise, the manager asked if I'd like a ride to the shop. Wow, even though that is something they do, I had forgotten that, and I was prepared to sit and wait for hubby to pick me up.Thanks for the ride to the shop, it saved us a trip.Well done Garrett!!!We have rented from this location before and will do so again in the future.Thanks for great service and a wide selection to choose from.

I didn't have a problem before until today got a car it was wobbling so we know it's the tire call them the manager said the tires was change not true got pictures the tire had the thread showing went up there the little girl look at me and said the tire was fine dismissed my safety and my family member WISH THE OLD MANAGER WAS THERE NEVER HAD A ISSUE So my life wasn't good enough to get a tire or another car

Booked for this location and was verified by the email that was sent to me, however, When I arrived was told I was booked but at another location 45 mins away because of where my car was towed. That would have been nice to know before I had a friend bring me here.

It was a pleasure to work with Johnathan and Candice. They were both extremely professional and accommodating to my customer's requirements. The entire pickup and drop off process went off without a hitch, and getting in and out of this rental location was simple. Keep up the good work!

I’m very grateful for the good people at this Enterprise location! I rented from them in the Fall for a round-trip to Alabama, received an excellent car then, and appreciated the friendliness and good service of the employees. This weekend, I had the opposite kind of Enterprise experience. I won’t put the details here because all the difficulty was with Enterprise locations in Philadelphia and NJ. None of the problem was on the Clarksville side of the trip, and yet the 41A employees and manager were the ones to help me out (and be friendly about it to boot). After these two experiences, I believe anyone who wants rental car in Clarksville should go here, knowing you can expect good service.

In July, a deer hit my car. I needed a rental. My insurance agent recommended the Enterprise location on the Hwy 41A Bypass as it is near my home. I called the office. I was informed by Jonathon that there wasn't anyone to pick me up. I live just a couple miles away. I coordinated for someone to bring me, as Jonathon wasn't budging. I arrived and advised Jonathon the budget from the insurance company. He gave me a car that he said would be mostly paid by insurance. He very specifically told me $7 dollars a day. A couple days later, I had an issue with the car and brought it in to be looked at. While there, I was told by a young lady that the charge would be closer to $10 with tax. I called in after using the car. I was told again that transportation was not available. I wasn't surprised. I used the car 16 days. I got the invoice by email. My bill wasn't $160 like I was expecting. It was $230. I called back in and Jonathon was rude. I asked for him to explain. It was dead silence. He said "well I guess we'll just have to be more accurate when estimating taxes". As a former Army officer, I have been stationed throughout the US. I have used Enterprise for 30 years and NEVER experienced poor customer service like this. I won't make the mistake of using this location again.Update: I was contacted by the district manager within 3 days. She was very professional in her approach. She listened. I was impressed. I will continue doing business with Enterprise.

Tim and his staff were amazing. I had to rent a car for 5 weeks due to an auto accident. They were beyond accommodating with my multiple extensions. Friendly, fast and helpful. I really appreciate all they did to help make the process as smooth as possible. My car was clean and in excellent condition. The cleaners did a great job as well :) thank you for all you did to help me.

They seem very busy at this location, but were totally out of cars, 2 days in a row. The gentleman behind the desk was rather somber. I don't think I saw a smile during our wait time, or while he was assisting us. Still, he was efficient once he had a car ready.

We received outstanding service at this location from Jonathan Crawford. He went above and beyond to make us comfortable while renting a vehicle for a wedding trip. He was incredibly personable, considerate, and a real pleasure to work with. We will definitely be returning to.this location for all of our vehicle rental needs! Excellent!!

I have been renting from this location since they opened. I am a gold member and rent quite often on and off for work. In the past, my experience has been very pleasant and have received great customer service from former managers like Argenis, Aramus (not sure of the exact spelling), Lloyd, Ryan, John, and few more whose names I may have forgotten because they come and go after promotion. Those were outstanding guys I could count on.Not so good from my recent visit. One employee closed the invoice without correcting the fuel charges. Even though I returned the car with more fuel that I took it with, I was charged refuel charges. Another employee tried to fix it but said it would have to be done by the corporate accounting. He also said he would email me the corrected invoice but that has never happened. When I try to call and follow up on the status of the invoice one day later, another employee (third one) surprisingly hanged up on me. Little disappointed, I didn't expect that.I am leaving a 3-star review today bcs the cars have always been clean and reliable, and the past experience has been great. The person who cleans the cars in the back does a really good job. I hope this doesn't happen too often and the employees keep their words. I would like to see the current team continue doing an outstanding job, just like the previous managers and team members did at this location.

Mr. Crawford called to confirm my reservation and asked if I wanted to pick up early with no extra charge. That was a huge convienience for us. The staff was extremely friendly & courteous. We were afforded an upgrade due to their limited stock. As always, Enterprise hit a homerun on their customer service.

Needed a rental to hold me over until repairs were completed on my personal vehicle. Enterprise worked well and closely with my vehicle insurance company. I had the rental available same day and Jonathan was thorough and clear in everything presented to me. This made it easy for me to make informed decisions regarding out of pocket cost items versus insurance covered details. I appreciate Jonathan and the staff at this location for a positive overall experience picking up, setting up, and dropping off my rental.

My experience with this Enterprise local manager Jonathan was awful. I have traveled the world and been to Enterprise and rental car locations all over the world. I have been an Enterprise Plus member for a lot of years, and I decided to use some of my points to rent a car for a day. I asked for a pick up since that has always been one of the main reasons that I have rented from Enterprise. Jonathan the manager informed me that they only do up to 5 miles (I was located approx 5.8 miles away), which according to the Enterprise website even it has always been up to 10 miles. After having him argue with me on the phone and in person, he finally said that he would see what he could do. So, I was picked up a little late but the manager gave me an upgrade on his own proclivity at no cost, which I was grateful. Then the next morning at 8:05 AM Jonathan called me just to check to make sure that I had a good experience?! At 8:05 Friday morning an hour before my alarm to return the car and then go to work. Then, I turned the car in at the exact same time I left 24 hours prior, however, they charged me for an extra day to my credit card saying that the car was turned in around 3:12pm. Upon further investigation, they determined it was turned in at a different location and that I would be refunded. Jonathan the manager calls me to ask why I filed a complaint with his manager about the pick up, I explained to him how he was abrasive and contentious over the 10 mile pick up and he hung up on me without a response or even a bye ??♂️ They charged me 43.94 and I assumed that is what I would have been refunded because I was never supposed to be charged to begin with. Well, I just looked at my card and they refunded me 38.94... five dollars short of the full refund that I should have received. So, now I will have to call them again tomorrow. #petty

They did great helping us when we selected the wrong pick up location buy in the midst of that they made an error and shortened our rental by an entire day then took our deposit and tried to charge us another 248 ontop of the 300 deposit for the day they shorted us. At the end they refunded put deposit and didn't charge us anything for their mistake. The vehicle was very nice and clean. Overall satisfied.
