I am giving this store 3 stars because they had what we came in for. Everything else about our experience there was less than pleasant. Clerk kept us waiting while he talked with a friend or something who was not making a purchase. We wanted to purchase a $200 game controller he had behind the counter. Finally he acknowledged us and got the controller but when he couldn't find my account with them, instead of helping us so we could add to our points for purchasing this item, he became impatient and just rang it up and then turned back to the guy he was talking with and ignored us again until we paid for the item and that was it. We weren't just planning on buying the controller but he never even gave us a chance to ask him nor did he bother to ask us if we needed anything else. It was obvious by our treatment that we were a bother to him so we left with only part of what we had come in for. If we didn't need the controller for a gift we would have just walked out.
We paid more for the controller there because Sam's Club were out of stock. Their prices are high at this store, the store is small, and their customer service is terrible. I work hard for my money so paying $200 for anything is a pretty big deal. When a business treats their customers like we were treated then I will spend my money elsewhere where they treat their customers better.

Awful customer service and learn to put things the way we had them so when we come home and looking we don’t discover in an odd place cause you didn’t tell us. Pretty sad you treated us Adam with disrespect and we have an autistic son who depends on this for therapy. Very sad and next time put the equipment in a place and respectfully tell us where to look so you don’t have to call a co worker who just left you said because you don’t know where she would’ve put it. Why wouldn’t you know where you your team put things in your own box???? We all make mistakes but dude work on your customer service skills or don’t deal with the public!

We drove literally 2 hours and 35 minutes. We spoke to these people over the time frame coming to pick up the PlayStation portal. Our first phone call we were told they had 10 in stock and if we could get it purchased for pick up it would be ours. I purchased it and received the email it was ready for pickup. We drove this far for it to not be here! Cooper was very unprofessional. He flexed on camera and threw his shirt down and smiled big like it was a big joke. We have it all on camera. We feel as if the employees bought it and they are selling it for more. That should be against the law if so. We were refused the right to speak to a manager. Also, in order to purchase the PlayStation portal we had to purchase the pro membership and we done so and didn’t even want to but did it for the portal. Almost 3 hours of our time, gas, and money wasted. Also, when I called to let them know we were 5 mins away because we were crunching time for them to close the man said oh I thought you bought a PlayStation 5. SMH, a ps5 for 249.00… I would love to have one at that price! The man was very unprofessional and rude to us. We have a child that’s going to be upset on Christmas thanks to GameStop!

Knowledgeable staff. They offer what you could need if you had little ones or destructive animals. They don't treat you differently based on how your dressed. They understand that a gamer can take many appearances and are well too assist those needing to purchase for the gamer. Nice small location
