Whoever was frying chicken around 1 pm today needs to get fired. Chicken was overcooked and burnt. Garbage people can't even fry food

I go here all the time. My mentally challenged brother and I were getting a coffee and some snacks thinking it was going to be a regular day. We’re were stopped in front of everyone and asked if there was sugar and creamer in our cups . I said of course . To which the response was ,”ok well you will have to pay double for that that stuff cost us . I said that’s fine I’ll pay it then upon getting to a register…. I’m told she thought my cup only had creamer and sugar in it . ??? That’s why I would be charged extra , but since it was coffee she rebuttals with ohhh just don’t put only creamer and sugar …. I said I didn’t and finished my transaction and left . I was very embarrassed to be called out in front of the entire store when I did nothing wrong. I was confused and unsure why she didn’t just wait until i got to the register for any questions. Very displeased with this service.

Love this place!
My only complaint is how nasty the Icee knobs are at Dodges. Why? If the Icee machine is refilled then why are the knobs so disgusting? Please fix this issue

Lisa the assistant manager has a very nasty attitude very rude she should not be working there William the store manager has a very nasty mean attitude the food is not all that I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Dodges used to be good. Not anymore they are terrible. The food is tasteless and overcooked. I'm a chef and recommend anywhere but here for your fried food. I also had a touch of food poisoning from just one visit . Yuck! Never ever again!!!!

Ordered the friday special 8 tenders 8 jojo's and 4 biscuits or 2 large sides. paid 27 bucks with my 2 large sides. Amber gave me attitude and forgot my 8 jojo's tired of the lack of service. The menu clearly states what we get don't argue if it states it on the menu. I love the food, but the service is dog water.

The customer service is continually improving. It is a great place for breakfast or a quick grab-n-go meal. There is something amazing about their burritos that brings you back for more...

With the amount of volume that store does, it’s the great attitude that the staff exhibits that makes that store worthy of a five star review. I’ve been in a similar business and demanding customers can make the job hard to work so hats off to those who still smile and are polite and treat regulars with respect and kindness. Thanks!
