This was my first time ever needing a tow. My clutch failed and I was stuck in a parking lot. The customer service was 10/10 and the woman I talked with was so kind and reassuring. She made me feel so much better about the process.
Tom was fantastic, he was personable and efficient. He actually made it to my car an hour earlier than they anticipated. I can't believe how quick the process was. Everything went great and they deserve all 5 stars! Very reasonable price as well for a Sunday night.

The driver ran a stop sign ran into me. Gave me an expired insurance card and the owner been giving me the run around about getting my vehicle fix.

Woke up at 6am to a flat tire. Called Roadside assistance and the ETA was 8:30am...Jeff pulled up at 7:15am!!!! Very Professional, courteous and went above and beyond arriving over an hour early. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Received wonderful service from Mr Tim and Mr Jimmy. My car had a malfunction during a road trip and these men did excellent with keep me calm and making me feel comfortable during this overwhelming circumstance. They were good with communication prior to arrival and also when they arrived. They even arrived earlier than expected (took them about 10 mins). 10/10 service

Not good service! Had me waiting for 4 hours until I finally gave up on them just called a different company. Bo’s Shop & Towing did the job and got to us within 30 minutes.

They'll leave you stranded on the road and not answer the phone. Typical Clarksville of "local" buisness. Driver showed up, said I can't do it, my buddy is on the way.....3hrs go by, nothing. Won't answer the phone. So no I don't recommend them. I guarantee they'll respond to my review before I get a call back though.
