Called this business at around 10AM this morning because I had locked myself out of my car with the engine running. Got an answering machine and left a message. I never received a call back. I understand that businesses are busy, but at least have the decency to return my call.
Totally unprofessional!!!!

Dave came out after hours to help me get into my car after I locked the keys inside. He was prompt, got me into my car, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg to do so. All you can ask for in a locksmith.

He came straight out and programmed my key. My car didn't want to connect, but he finally got it going. He was a lot cheaper than all the other places I called. I will definitely use him again..

Sometimes life happens and you need a locksmith. I called Dave and he arrived promptly and did everything he could to help. He opened the door a short time later and gave me a price I could live with. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again.

Made me wait for 2 days to text me back with the informations about the appointment and the details about the installation. I had to call the company to ensure if they forgot about me. The guy I talked to had a visit to church so he had to get me to the other contact to help me out. The contact number wasn't even for the locksmith related and I was so offended. I had to give him a fair reminder that I was unsure of the situation and then the guy told me that he had no time to deal with the dead lock installation and that wasn't professional at all. Do not deal with this company. They just pick the customers they demand. And treat other people as waste of their time.

I called because my infant daughters closed the deadbolt on me when I went to take out the trash. They showed up in less than 5 minutes and got right to work! I could not be more thankful for these guys! HIGHLY recommend!!!

I somehow lost my set of keys and have been looking for them since Friday. I called around and got quotes and was told it will be $200+ and they would have to try and work me in not being able to give me an exact date or time. I called Dave (Sunday) and he immediately gave me a next day appointment. He saved me from missing another day of work, costed less than previously quoted, and made me another key in an hour if that. Thanks again!

Didn't personally use Dave but he recommended someone who could help me instead of shooting me. Good guy and I trust someone who is willing to help out potential customers
