My dan post boots did not hold up. Well, one of them didn't. The boot repair shop told me it was because they used inferior leather in the one boot. I sent pictures and tried to work with them. But, they simply refused to make it right. Poor quality. Poor service. Never again.

I bought a pair of Dan post boots. I wore them twice in a carpeted office, and the heel fell off. I emailed Dan post, sent them tweets and sent them DMs through Facebook, they have not responded. $229 for boots that last one week.

Dan Post I thought was a good Company. I have 5 pair of there Camen boots and love them until the sole started coming off. Sent pictures to there CS department and all they said was I needed to get them fixed. They did send a link to an online cobbler that I could contact and maybe get them fixed. They are probably hooked up together. Dan Post makes them and the Cobbler makes money repairing them.

It is now April 21st and I am still waiting for boots that I ordered before valentines day (february 14). The first pair got lost via UPS and this company tried to claim that was my responsibility. Fast forward, they had to refund me the money due to it being their responsibility to get the package here. I had to reoder, wait for those boots, to which they run large. So I sent them back, paid for the shipping. Got told it would be in March before the order came in. They finally came in today and they sent the same size as the first pair I ordered. It's impossible to find their corporate number. Once they do, you have to leave a voicemail and they call you as they so please.If you don't find these boots in store, DO NOT bother ordering online. If you're looking for a fathers day gift, it's already too late to order and it's only April.

I bought a pair of Dan post boots for my wife for her birthday. She was not happy with the color I choose so I immediately returned them never took out box. I was going to buy her another pair of her color choice until I saw they charged me a 9.99 restocking fee for there inconvenience. This is pure bad business practice and theft. Regardless if this is stated on website or not. Charging 9.99 for a return is bad business and cost further purchases from me which is apparent they could care less and they need 9.99 more than me. I had bought some about a year ago, then my boots started to crack and other problems. When I tryed to see if Drysdales in Tulsa if they could help me, they told me that it was there problem and they couldn't help me they very nice about it. So I emailed Dan Post the next day I got a response asking me to call customer service so I did after I explained what was going on with my boots, this very nice lady Sheila gave me a return number and the address and other information, to ship my boots back to Dan Post. I was very impressed. Shelia told me that I should have a new pair of boots in a week. Very impressive I would highly recommend Dan Post Boots for all my boots and awesome customer service, I wouldn't go anywhere else but Dan Post for all my needs. Thank you Sheila and Dan Post for your outstanding and excellent customer service. Thank you Daniel

Picked up a pair of Caiman boots at our local Boot Barn. Needless to say the boots started unstitching on the lower sides, near the arch and outside part of the boots, where the two pieces of leather meet. Sent an E-Mail to Corporate explaining my situation and never heard back from them. Never again!

I rated Dan Post in highest regards - assuming - The Dan Post Name will coincide with my reasoning of which is that of TWO PAIR of Dan Post Boots should not be in the (as sent) poor condition - in less than one year's time.I love my boots - and am in awaiting expectancy of a mutual acknowledgment of the (please) expedient service of quality that is expected of Dan Post Boots - especially 500.00 worth of boots.Thank you greatly!Very much appreciated, James I Curry
