DO NOT RENT FROM this Crye Leike MANAGEMENT COMPANY. Nicole and Teresa will charge you for things that they don't explain to their tenants. They give you 48 hours to go over a checklist and list all of the issues. As if I use every part of the house within the first 2 days! Now I am finding out I moved my family into a house that is falling apart, and they are still renting out.There were issues on the roof when we moved in without being told about it and found out through roofing companies coming by and knocking on my door. The HVAC System is running on Auxiliary because the system is so old based on the technician that came to try to fix it.I had to move because my house was hit by the tornado, and we were displaced, and this is how these Clarksville businesses treat you?! The sad part is that I am stuck in a contract for a year on a house that is falling apart. I already have so much to worry about with my own house being destroyed by the tornado and now this mess! This is just plain sad!

DO NOT RENT FROM CRYE-LEIKE!We had our move out and there were something that they’d have to charge us for that we didn’t notice/didn’t have time to get done. They upcharged the most ridiculous amount to have those things taken care of and didn’t even give us a chance to do it ourselves. On top of that there were repairs that needed to be done when we lived there, the repair lady would say she’d be back and would never come back. Do not recommend them at all!

We were moving to Clarksville from Iowa and only had a few weeks to find a house to rent but only one weekend available to actually be in Clarksville. We met with Denny Buck on Saturday while we were here but had to go back to Iowa before we found anything. Denny spent the next two weeks searching day and night until he found us a great house to rent just in time for our move. We couldn't have made the move without his help and we will definently be calling Denny when we are ready to buy a house!

Only have good things to say about our experience with Crye-Leike, and especially Dustin Hill. When we needed to relocate from VA to TN for my job, my husband called a few realty companies and ended up speaking with Dustin. We could not have ended up with anyone better! Dustin worked with from looking at rentals, to getting pre-approved for a mortgage, to a contract that went south, to finding our dream home! Anytime we had a question, he would get us the answer. We needed to move some viewings around? Not a problem. Kids are getting restless and a little roudy? Eh, they're kids. He is fantastic to work with, and is truly committed to finding the home that YOU want, and make you feel like you are his #1 client! He knows it's a big investment, and he doesn't want you to have any remorse at the end. Fantastic to work with, especially on your first home!

Well to tell you the truth they made me pay for repairing a dishwasher that I did not tare up. The cleaning lady put regular soap in it before I moved in and when I turned it on it suds up so I had to pay 87.00 too get it fixed. I tried to tell them I didn't do it but was still charged for it. Very unfair.

I moved to Clarksville Tn, in June 2012. I was given a little bit of a run around when I signed the lease during a weekend expedition to the city, 2 weeks prior to our move. But, just figured it was a rushed situation. I came back, got the keys, moved into my new rental home. I did my rental walk-through and emailed it in to the rental representative. I included in my walk through that this $1050 a month home for rent was not professionally cleaned. There were scuffs on every wall, especially in the closets, as if walls had never been wiped down. There was hair and dirt in the sinks, and in the tubs. There was foundation (make-up) in the bathroom drawer. There was pet hair all over the garage, they obviously had a large white dog. And finally there were topical stains on the carpet. I didn't mind doing a little light cleaning on the home, but wanted it documented so I wouldn't have any extra stress when I moved out. I received a extremely rude phone call from "Julie" the rental rep. She told me she refused to accept this email because this home must have been cleaned. She kept batting at me with the same line "I have receipts, I know it was cleaned." I think she was trying to convince herself, and to wear me down. I offered her to walk through the home, she refused. I didn't know that your could refuse someones walk through sheet! She wore me down I emailed her a revised for removing any of that. I hate that I am being bullied by this woman. I have had nothing but problems with this agency, which is discouraging, since the only problem this agency seems to have, is "Julie." I am planning on buying a home in 2013, and would have preferred to use an agency I had already used. But because of this, I have no intention of ever using your company again. I have been talked down to by this woman each time I have to speak with her. And the moment the phrase "its always something with this damn company" came out of my mouth, in a level tone, she threatened me that "today is not the day, I am not going to curse her, and speak badly to her, etc." It was massively uncalled for. I am sure this will have an effect on my rental property, and I am sure that as I have written this email that some how my deposit will have a problem getting back to me, or something wrong with me renting this home, etc, but I absolutely hate dealing with this office every time I have to call the Clarksville Tennessee office for anything to do with my rental. No one should fear the first of the month simply because of an employee of a company. This is ridiculous, I really hope someone has some words of wisdom exceeding her horrible behavior, her poor customer service, her demeaning tones. I cannot be the only one to complain about this. And I have never been treated so poorly by a realty company before. I should not feel like this with my rental company. This woman makes my life miserable every time I have to deal with my rental home!
