I've always been an Android user for life, but I recently made the switch to an iPhone. Well, it goes without saying that I was totally oblivious of many of the settings, features, and other things. The representatives were outstanding and went above and beyond to assist me with any questions, problems, or concerns. I couldn’t have asked for greater customer service. I didn’t want to appear annoying, and came twice in one day to ask for assistance. I was reassured that "it was no problem!" The representative, Anna, is an absolute delight; she is such a nice, polite, and patient young lady. She took care to fix my mistakes and was of huge assistance, especially when it came to re-connecting my car to Apple CarPlay. Anna, YOU ROCK!!!! I’m forever grateful for your help, professionalism and kindness. ❤️? All the representatives are phenomenal.

I was just in this location on Fort Campbell yesterday August 13th 2020 I was switching from T-Mobile to cricket and the young ladies in the store were extremely friendly very helpful and made sure my experience was problem free my dad and I absolutely adore the young ladies Who helped us

Kinda screwed me on a phone payment. Said if I paid the $73.63 my bill would be paid in full for 30 days. Then seven days later hit me with another charge of $48.33 then when I went into he store no one in the store and the manager had no clue what was going on and basically told me to just pay it and then pay the full amount again in 14 days. Which makes me pay an extra $48 bucks. I called the 1 (800) line and then they said my payments never came thru to them. So end of story had to pay it anyway.

I started new service here and got a new phone. I almost never got my texts for work, and rarely had signal. They wouldn't fix it. They just kept telling me to call the help line and ask them. The help line had me remove my sim and restart phone. After several attempts at begging them to fix it, I switched to Verizon.
