Omai and Brian were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Brian could have been rude when I doubted him about switching the company switching to 5G and disrupting my service but instead he helped me find a phone that works.Omai knew just what to do to fix my screen problems. Best store by far!

Wonderful service! I came into cricket today to try and get the online deal in person. Sadly thry didnt have the phone in store, but the lovely salesman, Brian, was absolutely wonderful. I asked him questions and he have me quick answers that were straight to the point. He was patient with me while I got the info I needed to switch over from my old carrier, and all around very very friendly. I look forward to going back to the store when it's time for my next upgrade!

Stood in lobby for 20 minutes looking at phones and nobody came from the back very unprofessional wanted to upgrade but think I’ll go to a different company

No good deals, and never ever send then a broken phone. They will send you a used one that's worse than the broken one

Well the person who waited on me I sort of didn't feel too convinced of his service and he sort of put me in doubt of his knowledge of selling. A comment was made by him that I thought was very unprofessional.
