One of the most rudest experiences I've ever had. Did not feel welcomed, when asked if I needed help - i proceeded to ask for recommendations but instead of answering my question she replied with questioning whether I was registered to shop with them in an unprofessional demeanor. At that moment I decided to write her off completely and continue shopping as the sale person continued asking irrelevant questions. In conclusion Rudeness is the weak person's lack of knowledge. CosmoProf please train your staff!

I spent time grabbing a bunch of stuff. Staff was helping me too. Got to the register and found out you can’t buy anything unless you are a licensed cosmetologist. This is bogus and that should be posted outside the store so people are aware and do not waste their time.

I’m licensed Cosmetologist & formerly owned salons in Florida & PA. I was so pleased to find my Olaplex products that you can’t purchase at a supply store open to the public. You can purchase items at salons that use those products but of course you will pay more. If you are a licensed Cosmetologist in Clarksville area I strongly recommend CosmoProf. The staff is great. Conveniently located on Wilma Rudolph Blvd. I will definitely go back!!

Horrible customer service, as a service provider I’m very diligent on customer care and being sure each and every customer feels welcomed; unfortunately that wasn’t the case here, when I walked in 3 reps were at the desk in great personal convo :( not one of them greeted or even asked if I needed help and through out the visit had each had snarky expressions Needless to say I won’t be back

Thanks for a great shopping experience. Everything we needed was in stock, except for one highly sought after product. No surprise. However, the cashier was very friendly and accommodating. My sister-in-law is an expert - master hair designer! She was excited to see so many products available that her local CosmoProf does not carry or sells for higher. How cute to see. It was like a little girl in a candy store! Ha. The best part was that she got everything at a discount with her exclusive card. We love that you can just call ahead to make sure specific items are in stock. They'll get them ready for you to pick up. She and I will definitely be back for more products. For those who do not know, this store is not open to the public. You must be licensed cosmetologist, hair stylist, etc in order to shop at CosmoProf.
