Copper Key has been amazing to work with! This is our second time renting with them. Cheryle & her team are all professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a great company to rent from or work with. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner, and customer service is key with them. 5 stars! We also use Cheryle as our direct realtor to sell our house recently. She is extremely professional, prompt with information and very reliable!

Paid for my application and was told that because it wasn’t local rental references that it was declined. No where does it state that the rental references have to be local. I have pics for proof. Considering contacting BBB.

We have been tenants with Copper Key for 2 years and every interaction with staff along with the property itself have been great! I want to specifically call out Shannon with maintenance. Thankfully, we have had no major maintenance issues until today when we discovered a leak in the plumbing. From start to finish Shannon has been so helpful, kind, and communicative. I have rented with several properties over the years and this was by far the best experience I’ve had dealing with maintenance from any property. Thank you Shannon for taking the stress away from a terrible and scary day. You were so kind to me and I truly appreciate that. I would recommend Copper Key to anyone!

This entire experience with this company has been nothing but a headache. They have displayed rude, disrespectful and unprofessional conduct towards me as someone that is paying them for a service to rent my home out. Once I decided to not move forward with them representing my home the said Owner Cheryl Strong very rude. I wish I had never decided to do business with this company. Everyone on the entire team besides one person was not pleasant to me during this process.
