I have a son with autism who is extremely into phones he has so many when one stops working he thinks his world has stopped he calls Rick the phone Dr and some times I think he brakes them on purpose just to go see him and trust me Rick has fixed over 20 phones for my son we love him and his amazing workA++++

Brought phone in late on Saturday to have screen replaced. Left but phone would not start up or charge so was left hanging without access to class software and any communication with no way to reach them until Monday. Had to go buy new phone. Will request money back and then update here.

Listen, y'all, this man is an absolute life saver and sweet soul! My Galaxy S21+ repair took quite the unexpected turn, and he was BEYOND helpful with it. He even drove to Hopkinsville to pick my phone up and even brought it back to Hopkinsville for me since i work 10 hr shifts there and also live about 50 miles from his shop. Will 100% be using his services for any future repairs our family may need. His prices are also much better than anyone else!

My phone screen is constantly glitching since the moment It was fixed and the back camera lenses they replaced did nothing my ultra wide camera is jacked up now bc of them. Stick with AO phone repair they are the best and cheapest in Clarksville.

I had a pleasant experience with this shop. Mr. Rick is very knowledgeable and friendly, he fixed 2 major issues with my daughter's iPhone and even gave us a free screen protector. I was quoted a very reasonable price for the repairs and he did great work. Also he was very responsive with my questions prior to the appointment. Daughter's phone looks and works great now; happy to support an honest small business. Thanks again sir!

My iPhone port wasnt charging properly I called a few places so I can get a quote. Most places said it was most likely that my port was dirty and needed to be cleaned, and were giving me upwards of $50 estimations! Until I emailed this location and told me that if all it needed was a cleaning itd be free! The gentleman was very kindly and got it too charge again with no problem! Him and his employee were both very kind and helpful so thank you so much!

Got my iphone xr battery replaced in no time. Gentleman was very kind and knowledgeable about cell phone repair. Even replaced my screen protector FOR FREE without me even noticing. Will absolutely be back for future phone repairs and purchases.
