Rude men who are not helpful nor kind I stopped in for help, informing them i am color blind. No attempt was made to help select colors either, claiming the decorator was not available. How come 3 people were getting paid to work?! Keith in particular occurred as rude, no manager was available at the time for good service. Go somewhere else!

My question is why are people still this way? My wife and I go into this place to get some paint and from the beginning we are getting treated very odd and non important. We have instructions from a company to get a certain paint and when I get to the counter the older lady says immediately we don't have it. I said what type of color it is and the name and then after 15 minutes she found it. Then after I gave the como name to get the discount because the company has an account and was told no only the owner can do it had the owner call the store and the man that seemed like the manager did not understand him because he was speaking Spanish and all he said was "I'm the owner and I have 2 people getting paint for me" and apparently that's enough for the man to hang up on the owner and say to another customer that's in the store "WRONG COUNTRY?!?!" are you kidding me? We got what we needed and left safe to say they do not like Hispanic people that want to do business with them. I'm upset I had to spend any of my money there but I will definitely let all friends to stay very far away from this place.

Had to leave a postive review for this store and Greg. We picked our house paints here when we were building and i previously bought deck stain from this store and they were helpful.My last trip though, i was buying another batch of deck stain. Didnt really think about anything beyond brand and color. Greg stopped me in the parking lot before i left because id mentioned i was continuing my project. He pulled up my last order and caught that id purchased a slightly different varient of the stain, returned the stuff i'd already bought, and mixed me a new batch.Most sales people probably wouldnt have cared that much to run out and stop me. Thats customer service.

First time to review, but not my first visit here. The painter who our homebuilder used painted with Pittsburgh Paints. So, over the past ten years, I've been coming here to get additional paint for touch ups and such. Today, I'm back again. However, this time, I need them to color match the paint we need. No problem. Keith was at the counter and greeted me upon everything. He was very helpful to give me all the possible options of interior paint. He didn't shy away from asking his coworker for a second opinion on their interior/exterior paint. I respect that. I left my paint order and returned an hour later. My paint was ready AND appears to be a perfect match! Although nobody was at the counter to greet me upon entering, Sean came up after a few seconds. He was nice and professional. He even carried my paint out to the car and placed it in the trunk. Awesome!
