Outstanding staff and store. Very neat and clean. I'm able to find what I'm looking for if not the staff never fails. They have a wide selection. The prices are on point especially with the daily discounts.

Large store with something for everyone. Organized. Nice staff. No fitting rooms and exchange only. I would have bought way more if there had been.

Employees are rude,i found a pair of pants i liked, i walked around the store to do a little more shopping and the price tag pulled off somewhere in the store, they would not sell me the pants, i came back in the store a minute later to walk around and see if i could find it and overheard them talking about me saying i was trying to steel them, how am i going to try to steel them if i brought them up to the counter to pay for them? I'm a us army veteran and i drive a semi truck for a living now i assure you i don't need to steel

One of my favorite thrift stores in Clarksville. It's well priced and really well organized and the selection is always amazing with the best like classic things, lots of high quality stuff. Only thing I hate is there's no changing room to try things on

If you’re looking for an actual thrift/bargain store, SKIP this one. This place has lost its mind! I am an avid thrifter/reseller & would go in here about once a week. I don’t even bother anymore because they jack the prices up so much. It seems like they are greedy or trying to keep resellers away. It worked for me. I don’t think I’ll ever go back here because it just irritates me too much. $30 for beat up Nike sneakers, $16.99 for a Kim Roger’s dress, $27.99 for Zara jeans, $39.99 for a Tommy Hilfiger puffer jacket. Not even worth it on 50% off sale days. No wonder the racks are jam packed. I don’t know how they stay in business. The owner/managers need a reality check. My real question, who are the people paying these prices when you could go to a retail shop and pay around the same price? I will stick with Goodwill, even though they can get a little pricey on occasion.

Went to city thrift to look around. This old woman was checking me out at the register. She was down right rude told me I can't purchase this book. I asked her why, she said that label isn't theirs. Then I proceeded to ask a manager. The manager was rude also. I was very polite to both of them. I will nevergo back to city thrift again.

The managers are not have good Altitude with customers don't care about the culture or anytime she is always come close to the customers smile smokey when customers have questions she is unprofessional. And with her the tall blond hair women with glass she is doing harassment on customers with her lying hope they should leave make sure anybody going to the store watch them out

They have lost their ever loving minds on the pricing. $17.99 for a 10 year old worn & pilled dress. Or $12.99 for a damaged dress with the strap hanging on by a safety pin. And knowingly selling counterfeit designer purses for $500. I told them it was fake and asked if they provided an authentication certificate and she laughed and said no. I said I feel bad for the person that buys it. Just downright greedy. And when it’s brought to their attention they say “we have sales days” or “we pay for our inventory”Excuses. They have plenty of merchandise to sell. What’s sad is you can’t even browse the racks because they’re so jammed packed because no one pays these exorbitant prices for secondhand goods when you can go to Walmart or TJ Maxx and buy it brand new. City Thrift if you’re reading this- you need to rethink your entire strategy.

Pretty organized but I have to mention that the Customer/Sales rep that I came in contact (Silve) not the friendliest. I made a mistake and asked if they offer military discount and you would’ve thought I asked something bad. Maybe she was having a very, very, very bad day at 1230 in the afternoon ?. First and last visit.

Me and the wife use to come to City Thrift at least once or twice a month, sometimes more. Their prices have gone up so high it just isn't worth the drive from Cadiz Kentucky anymore. Very disappointing because we really like the employees.

They do not have prices on many of their electronics. I went to buy a TV yesterday and spoke to a woman at the desk. She said they will have to price it and I could come back the next day. So I came back today and evidently wasted my time, because not only was their stuff still not priced with a tag, but there were no adults at all at the front to check out. Just a kid. It's not the kid's fault, but management needs to learn how to actually run a store.

Return policy is misleading and employees are not properly trained to ring them up. (Must return items within 2 weeks, for store credit only, and has to be used that same day). The past 3 times I’ve made exchanges it’s a huge hassle and a headache for everyone involved.Additionally, I purposely shop on Wednesdays to use my military discount. Well today the military discount was not cooperating with the system. Instead of taking the time to ring it up again, a more experienced employee just shrugged it off even though the cashier and I clearly saw the discount was not taking.

Not very organized or clean. Some items looked dirty and wrinkled and some items I wouldn't even sell. I ended up just walking out with nothing.
