I think it is a crying shame that City Gear does not offer military discount at their stores that are particularly in military towns such as Clarksville, Tn, which is the neighbor to Ft Campbell, KY. Approximately 96% of Clarksville is active duty or retired military ID card holders. For City Gear to NOT offer a military discount in stores where there is a military base is a slap in the face to the service members and retirees in that area. City Gear, yall need to do better.

The store says you have 14 days to return an item but the website says 60 days. The website says Hibbetts/City Gear but City Gear claims their policies are different. If that’s the case change the info on the website to reflect what goes on in the store. That’s false advertising!

1 individual female here was rude as could be.The following events took place when I was trying to buy a pair of Jordans here.The rude, careless, chubby, & racist young adult female with braids let someone else in front of me go grab cash to make a purchase, but when I came was next in line and asked to go get cash I was told “we cannot help you, we’re about to close.”When I mentioned the Individual who was in front of me that went to get cash, and asked why I couldn’t not but he could, they said “we know him.”I asked why I couldn’t go grab cash and make my purchase the additional excuse was a smirking face in addition with a shoulder shrug.As if I as an individual did not matter, let it be someone else who would be willing to make a scene about it.I forgot to mention the individual in front of me was also African American so since I was a different race the individual was good to go, but when it was me up there it was different.Last I checked with all business that are ran as long as the gate is open to your store, you’re in line, you’re more than able to conduct business until there’s not anyone else left in line.This store not only is short stocked, but whatever they got is “back-doored” to their buddies.When you come in here and ask for a sneaker size, they never have it.There are some great individuals who work here that take their job seriously, are kind, and polite who make customer service pretty great for a store, but this rude individual I’m speaking of, you need to let go. That type of garbage don’t work out here.Thanks, sincerely a common City Gear customer.
