Ya they are rude.. only go because its close to the house

I called on the phone and the man I talked to couldn't speak a word of English other than he kept saying the address. He finally got a customer to talk to me. The person that couldn't speak any English was rude. Why cant the people that own stores like this speak amy English?

The owner of the gas station and some of the staff are rude, and don't really have manners. The only reason I gave it two stars is that the gas is sometimes lower than the surrounding area.
