The store is usually good at handling multiple customers, however this time was not the same. I'm a regular at this shop, and I don't exactly know what happened. The girl working this afternoon focused completely on the already checked out customer (just talking with them). Stood there and made eye contact several times with no recognition.

Yooooo this is the only shop I go to for my vapes. They are the only ones who have my Krunch pods lol Im pretty sure I’m the only one who buys that flavor, but they keep them in stock when I asked them to please not get rid of it lol it’s literally the only flavor I enjoy. All the guys are super nice and helpful! Check ‘em out!

I was A first time shopper. Never bought a vape. I told them that. I got an elf bar and a vape without nicotine only to find the nicless vape did not work when i got home. At all. Nothing. Just a complete dud. I tried To exchange it and they wouldn’t. $20 seriously? He said they don’t do refunds once I walk out the door. They should have told me that before I walked out the door. The guy was extremely disrespectful. You shouldn’t take advantage of those who don’t know and you should explain things better. I’d rather bulk buy in Nashville at Smoke Mountain. They have really good deals and promotions. Or even pro vapor on Madison.

I've been a couple of times. Always feel like I'm an inconvenience because I want to look at vapes and see what's new. They prefer the customers to be in and out so they can get back to their movie.

Hands down best place to buy coils in town, or pretty much anywhere including online. Huge selection of mods and accessories. Unfortunately they don't carry my usual brand of juice. Overall definitely worth stopping in.

We need more than 5 stars for this specific shop. I absolutely LOVE this location!!!I've been a loyal customer for a little over 2 years & not once have I ever experienced a single negative.The staff makes this shop what it is. No matter if its a new hire, part time employee or management behind the counter, they are ALWAYS the best!

Good prices on things, and they always have a fresh selection of new products from regular vape stuff to CBD and delta 8. If they don't carry what you need, they'll make an effort to special order it from their suppliers if it's available to them. The environment is very welcoming if you wanted to just come in and chill, while at the same time being professional.
