Chris is an excellent listing agent. We used him to rent out our first rental property. He made the process easy and smooth. We had our home rented within the first week of listing it! He is trustworthy, knowledgeable and reliable. We will definitely use him again. We also used Katie Childs to help us buy a house, simultaneously. The deal came together without a hitch! Together Chris and Katie are a knockout team. We were so impressed!

Chris was a joy to work with. He was always easy to reach and easy to talk to. A real down to earth guy. It's not always that pleasant working with sales and realtors when it becomes obvious they are moreso looking for the quick commissions rather than helping clients make the best decisions. Chris is one of those rare good ones. Hope to work with him again down the road.

Chris was amazing throughout the entire process. I was investing in Clarksville from out of state and Chris made me feel comfortable and knowledgeable about the local market. He took me on a tour of the city and showed me multiple properties during a 1 day visit to scout the area. Then, as the search heated up, he sent constant updates with youtube videos and pictures as needed. He was always available and consistently offered insightful advice. He really knows the market and can sense the small changes as they are occurring. I would definitely recommend Chris for anyone in that area...he really is amazing!!
