Internet is TERRIBLE. Never ones have I gotten the speed I pay for.These scumbags are literally trying to profit off of the tornado disaster. Special place in hell for the truly evil people that "run" this place.

for the second month, they continue increasing our bill's for no reason. we didn't have any change. I live in very small 2 bad room unit , I think they try to cover their expenses because of a tornado, When I called them I don't get anything??? , ?

Service is spotty at best. Wait time to speak with anyone about anything takes 30 minutes just to talk to anyone about your bill. They’ve also added charges to my bill that no one can explain to me.

After the devastating event of the EF3 Tornado that passed over Clarksville. CDE team worked diligently to go above and beyond to get the power restored. My subdivision suffered severe damaged to homes and property. Despite the excessive cold temperatures, my power restored to my home in 21 hours. Amazing accomplishment in spite of the many obstacles of destruction. Bravo to CDE and their crew.

They're system is outdated and not easy to work with and I seem to have a problem paying my bill every month because they do this thing where they will carry your bill over to the next month before the due date but still cut your power off.

Been on hold for over an hour to get a hold of someone from tech support. Customer service is far from good, not even close to decent. Whatever you can think is worse than bad, that's what their support is.

How is it possible that the PHONE NUMBER isn't working for an Electric company that services 70000 plus people. I'm moving from Nashville and already frightened by the complete and total failures of the utilities companies in Montgomery county.

Had to go down to the office to get our power/internet placed in our name. Old gentleman greeted us and helped us sign in. We were seen instantly by a friendly customer service agent. Got it all switched over quickly. Power went out a couple weeks later during a storm. Submitted a outage and CDE reps resolved it within a couple hours max.Edit: we had to call the call center and they are worth less than 1 star. Understand people’s complaints. Would recommend not calling the call center unless you want to get the runaround for 30 minutes. Maybe everyone needs to go in person.

Every single time the power goes out they take at least 6-12 hours to fix it. Seems to take longer when I tell them I have a newborn or about my grandmothers ventilator so I just stopped telling them. Currently looking for another electric company.
