We just closed on our first home and Kellen and Alicia made the process seamless. They were flexible with our schedules and extremely knowledgeable of the Clarksville market. They were able to work closely with my realtor and were very communicative. We were kept up to date throughout the whole process and given options and dates for every situation. As a first time home buyer I would recommend them to anyone.

Brandon and Tabitha were great. If you’re a first time home buyer, I would definitely go with Castle Rock. The whole process was new for my husband and I, and they were both understanding and informative. Brandon even made us an in depth video over something we were confused about, and it was extremely helpful being able to go back and review it, and it helped us know what questions to ask. I have worked with James as both a Realtor and as a buyer. Castle Rock never fails to out perform the other lenders. I had one customer who had over 800 credit and more than 20% down who had been in processing over 90 days with another lender. We switched to Castle Rock and closed in 14 days. Reliable, friendly service, always!
