Terrible experience, I usealy use ez pawn, I have had numerous items go through here, selling pawing, all ways, the one single item I put in cash America I'm not reminded not called nothing, go to pick up my item and for the third time from this exact store it's no where to be found. They say it was forfeited two weeks prior, but my pawn slip had the date of visit. The last item I had to go a couple cities away to retrieve because of the incompetent nature of the store. If you like being prey to predatory practices please go here they will love you

I came here several times over the years and sold stuff but my recent visit was something I sold there before as I had more than one that I bought both brand new...the first one I sold I got $287 for but later I brought in my second same identical item and the lady low balled me bad offering only $150 for the same thing..I declined and decided to keep it and then she started to get an attitude with me for rejecting the low ball so I took my item and left never to return..I've been selling items to pawn shops for years now and believe me I know a bad shady deal when I see it

Don’t go here only offered me 20$ for diamond earrings I said nah I’m good went to easy pawn down the road and they gave me 130$ and that’s selling. And the MANAGER was the one that offered me 20 bucks ….. pathetic not going here or none of their locations no more easy pawn is better and they was so nice.

Very poor customer service pulled in at 5:55 and they told me they was closed. I was looking to buy a ring, but I won’t do business with them. I’ll go somewhere else.

Came a 5 minutes after, people still in store, money in my hand just to get my item out of pawn and lady in glasses locks door in my face saying they can’t let me in cause they’re closed though people were still checking out. Once I get my items I will not be returning again.

They sold my boyfriend a watch that's not even worth $100 dollars for over $700 claiming the diamonds in it were real. Don't trust anything they say.
