“Always a quick in and out. The Customer service reps are efficient and they aim to please. The cars are modern, efficient, and well stocked with options. If you are picking up early in the morning, as I usually do, be prepared that the car may not be cleaned up yet as they seem to be arriving back just as we are renting not giving them much time to clean. The cars have never been trashed or anything, but I usually have to take them through a car wash on my way out of town to clean it up. I hate a dirty windshield. It's only a minor inconvenience and overcome with all of the other benefits of their service. Maybe more staff dedicated to clean up before turn around? Job opportunity so close to college students!

Update: Just came off of a 2-week trip and have been renting from Enterprise for the last few years. I was very satisfied in the beginning and even more satisfied now with the staff and the several locations to choose from in Clarksville. In doing so I have met very friendly people that knew the job well and have upped their game by providing even better service than could be provided before. There are other options out there but I'm not leaving this one anytime soon :-) When you find good customer service and quality equipment you don't typically leave for lower prices.
This trip I rented a full size SUV for the last two weeks and very very impressed with the care taken in selecting equipment for the vehicle as well as the maintenance and cleanliness. To be honest it took me almost all 2 weeks to become familiar with every possible function in that vehicle. It was a 2024 Jeep wagoneer and had three rows of seats and buttons galore. It wasn't until the very last couple of days that I realized it even had an automatic opening back door as long as I swiped my foot underneath the bumper. Talk about crazy amount of technology! Very soon I plan on renting a sports vehicle for the wife and I to enjoy our second childhood out on a road trip. Going to be looking for a convertible but if not convertible then I'll at least get a Corvette or some other kind of sports car. I know the experience will be just as good as this one.”

“I enjoyed driving the 22 Nissan Rogue, although it's not my favorite vehicle. It was large enough for 3 adults and our luggage for well. The SUV handles well and is good on gas! We did not have any issues round trip to Orlando, Florida! The cruise control was a little trying to figure out at first, but once I did it was smooth sailing!I will say the only drawback was not being able to leave my vehicle and needing a ride/driver during pickup and return of the rental.”
