I do have to say this place has great customer service. I am a very picky wine drinker. Actually I rarely drink wine but liquor I do drink. They have given me suggestions a to try and have been very kind. After 6 years of searching for a top quality bourbon; they finally had it and I was able to buy it from them. I was so ecstatic. Been a loyal customer since I moved to Clarksville. Great place.

Ya know for being a regular customer for years on end now its really frustrating that I come by close to a closing time and the employee is so frustrated that I am walking in that its visible. Here is the deal. If your sign says you close at 6 and I show up at 5:55 I expect to be able to buy what I want. When I walk in the door at 5:55 and your employee is so visibly frustrated that a customer is there before the CLOSE time stated is messed up. This has happened several times. So today I asked the guy if he wanted me to go somewhere else. He said well I am about to close. Thats all I needed to hear. So now you have lost my business. If your store is gonna close at 5:55 in. Sunday then post it that way.

Don’t let the the no delivery fee fool you. It’s taxed on at the end. 10 dollars if you’re farther than 10 miles. I understand it, however don’t advertise that you have “$0 delivery fee on all orders” if that’s not true. I wanted to tip the driver, instead I was hit with that fee and didn’t realize it. I would have cancelled, but there is a no canceling policy.

I needed to update my order and I was told I cannot because they don’t handle the online orders and no one knew what 3rd party does their delivery.
