This place was great when the older guy was running the place. Apparently he sold it to an older woman and she is extremely RUDE and does not have the knowledge that he does. She argues with customers when she is in the wrong and charges extra to fix her mistakes.It's so unfortunate, I have taken my vacuum and shampooer to C-Ron's for years. I will not be back. Unfortunately they are the only place in Clarksville that I know of to repair vacuums and carpet cleaners. Beware!

Not only does he have knowledge, expertise and skill in repairing vacuums (and microwaves) he has products in stock, and he even answered his phone on his day off and helped me solve a problem with my 30 year old Kirby over the phone. He is thorough, speedy and friendly! I live over 25 miles from his shop, but wouldn't go anywhere else.

C-Ron's is locked down for now. There is a phone number posted at their entrance that you can call to get assistance. They open at 11 a.m. Very helpful folks. They are only transacting in cash right now. There is an ATM two doors down that charges $3.00 per transaction in case you don't bring cash. It's a good idea to call the store before you visit!
